Greek Innovation Takes Center Stage: Official Opening of the Greek Pavilion at MWC Barcelona 2026

BARCELONA, Spain – Under the banner "Innovative Minds, Global Impact," the Greek National Delegation officially inaugurated its presence at GSMA MWC Barcelona 2026 on Monday, marking a high-profile start to the world’s most influential connectivity event.

The Official Opening Ceremony
The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at the Greek Pavilion (Hall Congress Square, Stand CS250) and was led by the Greek Minister of Digital Governance. The Minister was joined by key stakeholders and industry leaders, highlighting the Greek government’s strategic commitment to digital transformation and the global scaling of the country's technology sector.
The ceremony underscored a pivotal moment for Greece, as the Minister toured the pavilion to engage with the delegation’s powerhouse of more than 45 highly innovative companies, each showcasing world-class solutions to an international audience.

The 2026 Greek mission is a collaborative milestone, co-organized by ΣΕΚΕΕ (SEKEE – Hellenic Association of Innovative Applications Companies), the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance, and Enterprise Greece SA.
